I was out with my family today at an orchard!  People were staring at me and my family which made me nervous!  It turned out that they were hearing impaired and were impressed with my ability to use a letter board to communicate!  I misjudged them!  It is easy to get defensive about the public reaction when you are autistic!  We need to be more sensitive to differences in others!  I think the more I am in the community, the more I can see that others also struggle with different problems which make us more like than unlike others!  Let’s all accept each other!

I must make more real life decisions!  Real popular to let people with autism make choices!  It appears that people can make choices given!  People need to really make decisions about their lives!  People really bring their own ideas to everything in choices!  I like more of my own decisions!  I’m working to decide from RPM how much I want others input or not!  Let’s decide for ourselves!  Please let me decide how to live my life!

It is difficult to know how to make everyone happy!  I sometimes get others angry with me when I do not operate on their time table!  I think that I need more time than most people do!  I try to accommodate others, but my body does not let me!  I need to have people understand this!

We celebrated Steve’s birthday today!  It was really fun!  People were talking to me using RPM!    I talked to my Uncle Wally!  It was hard because I was nervous!  My parents placed my board where it should go!  I really wanted to talk with Uncle Wally, but my hand did not!  The hand won!  It really was frustrating!  People watched which made it harder!  A good time though!

It is good to succeed in life!  It, though, is not necessary to always succeed!  I feel it is good to try new things that challenge us!  Sometimes it works, sometimes it does not!  It is hard to always understand what will work and what does not!  I think we should never give up!  Keep on trying.  It counts!

People like those pretty special moments that make them feel good!  People love to let others tell them they are unusually pretty!  They must enjoy the compliment!  People tease!  They tease me too!  More people should compliment!  More compliments make others happy!  More people need your very sincere compliments!  You need them too!  Many are pretty!  You are very pretty too!

You really want to move!  Your parents don’t!  Trying hard to make them understand!  Trying hard on ipad does wear you out!  You’re tired! Your patience is wearing out!  You really only enjoy places where you can talk!  People like to talk!  Everyone finds their voice at ACE!  Others offer you programs without having your voice!  The hardest part is not having a voice!  If tomorrow you lose your voice, what would you do?  Please give me my voice!  Please move!

I am very happy to be alive during this era!  I love being able to communicate with people in ways I could not have dreamed of in the past!  I have this blog which reaches people all over the world!  I also can communicate to family like I never could before!  I need to be heard!  I love being heard!  Please let yourself be heard!

A lesson people need to really learn much of the time is how to be nice! People have to realize others have feelings too!  People were interested in problems you have!  People try to be nice!  People like you!  You really must be nice!  You are terrific!

Please treat your teacher with respect!  Teachers should be treated in a very nice way!  They really deserve everyone’s respect!  I like my teacher very much!  There are many people like me!  Teachers like their students too!  I have friends who try to really upset their Aides!  They should be kind to them!  Peas in a pod they should be!  Be nice to your teachers and aides!
